Bondi Shul celebrates all the Jewish holidays, and aims to entertain the children whilst teaching them the history of that chag.
On Purim all the children dress up and Rabbi invites the congregation to his home to hear the Megillah
Pesach (Passover) we work together with the hospitals and nursing homes and ensure that every Jewish patient has Matza and food that is Kosher lā Pesach.
Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year where we once again team up with hospitals and nursing homes to ensure that all patients have apples and honey and know what prayers to say.
On Sukkot we erect Sukkahs at Prince of Wales Hospital and at Reddam College where Rabbi Kastel is the Jewish Chaplain
